Send an email from an alias

Instructions on sending emails from an alias if you have two or more TELUS email addresses

If you have more than one TELUS email address, you can decide which email address you want your messages to be sent from. This is called an “alias” or a “persona”. In this article, you will find out how to send an email from your alias as well as how to change your display name.

To begin, here are some helpful definitions:

Email account, a unique mailbox that allows you to send and receive messages from other email accounts. All TELUS Internet customers can get up to 10 email accounts/mailboxes.

Email alias, an alternative name or address for an existing email account. It allows you to send and receive messages using another address from your mailbox. Multiple aliases can be created for each email account/mailbox. All TELUS Internet customers can get up to 30 aliases per email mailbox.
