The US network carriers are turning down their 3G network this year, and Canadian networks are expected to soon follow. Our team will work with you to find a security package and book an installation time that suits your lifestyle and schedule. The installation time varies depending on your security set-up, but on average it can take up to 6 hours.

On the day of your installation, identify the devices in your premise connected to your current security system so you can show the technician and speed up the process.

Once the installation is complete, the technician will demonstrate the features of your system, including how to arm/disarm and use the security mobile app. Ideally, everyone who will be using the system on a daily basis should be present for the demonstration.

We strongly recommend you book your upgrade ASAP to avoid any service impacts and ensure maximum reliability for your system. The earlier you book your appointment, the better chances you have to select a date and time that works best with your schedule. Once the network is retired within Canada and you haven't upgraded your security system, you may be susceptible to losing connectivity. This means that you will no longer be monitored or connected to emergency services if required.
