Add price protection for the next 2 years at your current rate
Starting with your November 2020 bill, the monthly rate for your Internet plan will increase by $5. If you are in a 24-month term, your price is guaranteed and the $5 increase will not apply until the first bill after your term expires.

Month-to-month Internet rate change (customers not on a 24-month term)
Canadians have relied upon our networks more than ever throughout the pandemic, and our technicians have worked around the clock to ensure our customers have access to the services they need to work, learn and stay connected wherever they are. Each year, we invest billions of dollars in our networks to maintain the capacity, speed and reliability that Canadians expect from us. In March, we froze the cost of all services, waived mobility overages, suspended roaming charges through April and waived all home Internet overages through the end of June.
If you are currently in a month-to-month service term, starting with your November 2020 bill, the monthly rate for your Internet plan will increase by $5. If you are in a 24-month term, your price is guaranteed, and the $5 increase will not apply until the first bill after your term expires. If you would like price protection for the next 2 years at your current rate, please call 1-888-811-2323 to add a new term to your Internet plan. This offer is valid until January 31, 2021 and we will credit any increase applied on your bill if you add a new term by January 31, 2021.
We remain committed to supporting our customers who identified financial hardship due to the pandemic with flexible payment terms, and will continue working with them on a case-by-case basis over the coming weeks and months.

TELUS Internet plan rate changes
The cost of providing TELUS Home Services continues to increase as we continue to upgrade our networks in both dense urban and remote rural areas across Canada.
Effective February 25, 2019, the regular monthly rate for TELUS Internet plans will increase.
