Products are shipped to you with installation instructions. Not available for Internet or Optik TV.

A technician will complete all work outside your home, and leave sanitized devices at your door. Then they’ll video call you and guide you through the installation.

Once the technician has asked you some COVID-screening questions to ensure safety, they may enter your home and complete the installation. If it’s not deemed safe to enter, they’ll complete a Virtual Install or offer to reschedule your appointment.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not satisfied, you can cancel within 30 days of installation. All fees – including monthly charges, installation fees (if any) and up to $100 in pay-per-view charges – will be waived. If you received a gift with purchase, you have 21 days to return it.

After 30 days, if you cancel your internet service, the fee will be $15 for each month (or partial month) remaining in your term.

For example, if you cancel at the end of month 18, there are still 6 months remaining in your term. So the cancellation fee will be 6 months x $15 = $90 (plus taxes).

If you are not on a term agreement (or if you’ve completed it) you may cancel services any time without charge. The 30-day satisfaction guarantee does not apply.

Theme packs are small bundles of channels of a similar genre (e.g. news, lifestyle, movies, etc.) Adding theme packs is convenient and cheaper than buying all the individual channels.

Our premium options represent the very best in entertainment. Popular premium options include Netflix Premium, Crave + Movies + HBO, Sportsnet World, and a variety of premium foreign language packages.
