Eligible products include:

  • and/or a linked post-paid TELUS Mobility account

How to start redeeming your points

1. Activation and eligibility

TELUS Rewards™ is available to customers that have 3 or 4 TELUS products and/or services or are a TELUS Internet and TELUS Mobility customer in British Columbia or Alberta. Simply use your My TELUS login credentials to sign into your TELUS Rewards account. You'll be able to browse the catalogue and see if you have enough points for rewards you would like.

2. Earn bonus points

You’ll earn points just for doing the things you’re already doing, including 2% in points on every dollar spent on eligible TELUS home services. Plus, you can earn bonus points for things like switching to pre-authorized payments, filling out surveys and more.

3. Redeem for rewards

Once you redeem a reward, you will receive a confirmation email explaining how and when you can expect to receive your reward. With TELUS Rewards™, you can turn points into On Demand movie credits, gift cards, charity donations and more. Plus, new rewards are being added all the time.
