TELUS Health MyCare has clinics because some issues require in-person care. The clinic's in-person and virtual care model helps reduce wait times while making healthcare more accessible for everyone.

Need a family doctor?
The physician team at 25 York Street, Toronto is now accepting patients to those without a family doctor or nurse practitioner. To become a patient, download the TELUS Health MyCare app to book a meet & greet with one of the family doctors. New patients will then be able to see their new doctor in-person or virtually on the app.

How to book your in-person meet & greet:
1. Open the TELUS Health MyCare app and tap "Book an appointment."
2. Select "me" under "Who is this appointment for" and then tap "Need a family doctor in Toronto."
3. Next prompt will ask "Tell me more", enter "I need a doctor."
4. Read through the meet & greet process and tap "Continue."
5. Select the “25 York Street Clinic."
6. Choose "Next available" healthcare provider and pick a convenient appointment.
7. Finally, tap "Confirm booking" to complete the process.
