In order to access Health for Good Medical Alert, you must also complete an application for either Mobility for Good or Internet for Good. However, once you receive your letter of acceptance, you can choose to register for only the program(s) you are most interested in.

- The fall detection feature uses certain motion technology guidelines like algorithms and sensors to help detect the occurrence of a fall. It is usually more accurate when the device is worn with the provided lanyard on your chest over clothing. If the device detects a fall, it will call an operator who can dispatch emergency services and/or contact your emergency contacts if needed. In some instances, the available fall detection feature might not detect all falls. If you do fall, do not wait for the call, always press and hold the button for help when possible. The device includes an alarm cancelling feature so that if you don't need assistance, you can tell the operator when asked.
- TELUS Health Medical Alert Pendant operates anywhere in Canada where cellular coverage is available. GPS capabilities are approximate and may not always be possible.
- Offers and regular pricing are subject to change without notice and may not be combined with other offers. No term commitment is required. This is a month to month service. For qualifying low-income seniors, the discounted price shown above will continue to apply for each month of service. Regular no-term price for LivingWell Companion Home: $60/month; regular no-term price for TELUS Health Medical Alert Pendant: $80/month. A credit check is required. Final eligibility for the services will be determined by a TELUS representative and may vary by customer address. Cannot be combined with other offers. If you have been accepted to the Internet for Good or Mobility for Good program, your next step is to register for the Health for Good program by contacting 1-833-786-5221.
- One-time $35 activation fee will be waived on all new orders of LivingWell Companion Home or TELUS Health Medical Alert Pendant under Health for Good program eligibility.
- LivingWell Companion Home pendant: Water-resistant (IP67); can be worn in the shower or bath, suitable for extended and continuous water submersion but only up to a 1 meter depth and 30 minutes maximum.
