Internet light is green / Wi-Fi light is off (Actiontec T1200H / T2200H)
All my devices cannot connect to the Internet
Internet light is green / Wi-Fi light is off
Try the following steps:
- Once internet light is on, check wireless light.
- If still off,
- Check if you are able to see the default Wi-Fi network name listed on your device
Resetting your modem will remove your customized network name and password. You will have to reconnect devices to theor .
Note: Restarting or resetting your modem may only provide a temporary fix to your problem, if you find the issue reoccursin order for us to find and fix the root cause of your problem.
