All my devices cannot connect to the internet

Internet and Wi-Fi lights are on

Your modem is operating normally when both lights are on. Try the following steps:

  1. Check other devices in the home are not transferring large files and consuming your bandwidth
  2. Turn off devices not in use to prevent them from using up all the bandwidth
  3. Restart your device
  4. Restart your modem

Note: Restarting or resetting your modem may only provide a temporary fix to your problem, if you find the issue reoccurs contact us in order for us to find and fix the root cause of your problem.
