Internet and Wi-Fi lights are on
Your modem is operating normally when both lights are on. Try the following steps:
- Check other devices in the home are not transferring large files and consuming your bandwidth
- Turn off devices not in use to prevent them from using up all the bandwidth
- Restart your device
- Restart your modem
Note: Restarting or resetting your modem may only provide a temporary fix to your problem, if you find the issue reoccurs contact us in order for us to find and fix the root cause of your problem.
