Make a legal name change
If you've sold or bought a new company recently, you may need to go through a legal name change. Here are a few ways to make those changes.
The easiest and fastest way is to create a Change your legal company name Business Service Request.
Log in to your My TELUS account and locate Business Service Requests by scrolling down your overview page.
Then fill the Change your legal company name form in the Account Management section.
If you are already logged in to your My TELUS account, you can simply access the form here.

Locate the TELUS Assist icon on your screen.
Let the Assistant know that you would like to «Change your company name» and select the «Modify the legal name for my Business» option and let the Assistant do the rest.
Business Fixed line, Internet and Business Connect Services
To request a legal name change for your TELUS services (excluding wireless services), you need to submit a Legal Name Change form.
To ensure that your request can be initiated successfully, please take the following steps:
Review the Terms and Conditions set out in Part A
Review FAQ (page 9) to ensure forms are completed correctly
Fill out both parts B and C of the form
Clear any outstanding balance appearing on your account(s) of the service(s) to be transferred
Ensure your new legal name is registered in accordance with applicable legislation
NOTE: If your banking information is changing, please update pre-authorized payment arrangements.
Return the completed form to TELUS via email or fax.
You will be notified of receipt of the completed form and next steps.
