• As part of our Food, Beverage and Consumer Goods team, you’ll help our customers connect business processes and leverage data-driven technology for better visibility, agility and responsiveness. As a Technical Consultant, you will be performing development tasks when required and as a consultant, you will work on support tickets when assigned and work with your support peers and participate in functional and technical discussions, with Solution Architects and Business Consultants.

Here’s how

• Resolving issues identified by external clients and internal client testers as identified during project testing phases.
• Contributing to the estimation process through accurately tracking time worked on tasks.
• Providing updates on progress of tickets and tasks to the Support Advocacy manager.
• Participate in internal meetings with the Support team and potentially with the client base when needed.
• Objectives for this role will be agreed with the Support Manager, and will include a blend of task delivery, input into Exceedra processes and personal development.

What you bring to this role

Qualifications/Knowledge / Skills

• Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of SQL Server Suite developer experience, version 2012+
• Experience working with Developer tools such as Azure DevOps, Visual Studio Team Server
• Strong experience in developing data ingestion, data processing and analytical pipelines for big data, relational databases, NoSQL and data warehouse solutions.
• Experience developing and deploying ETL solutions on Azure - Desirable
• Hands-on experience in Azure and Big Data technologies such as PowerShell, C#, Java, Node.js, Python, SQL, ADLS/Blob, Databricks - Desirable

• Desire to work in an information systems environment
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Excellent leadership skills
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
