Neil King

Neil is a senior executive with over 25 years of experience including general management, sales and marketing, product development, and strategy.

Neil is currently the Managing Director, Employer Solutions for TELUS Health. Previously, he was President of Integrated Health Solutions and Executive Vice President at LifeWorks. Business portfolio includes global responsibility for EAP, Absence and Disability Management, Wellbeing, Student Support and Training Solutions. Neil founded and chaired the annual LifeWorks golf tournament raising over $1M over the past 10 years, and funds have immediately and directly gone towards building a computer center and a high school for girls in a refugee camp in Kenya called Kakuma.

Prior to LifeWorks, Neil worked in global leadership positions at ADP GlobalView and Wolters Kluwer Health, where he managed sales for six years in Canada and the U.S. While at Wolters Kluwer Health, he worked extensively with his team to deliver evidence based medicine tools and content for hospitals and medical schools.

Neil’s education includes an Honours degree in Business from Wilfrid Laurier University and an MBA degree from the University of Toronto Rotman School of Management. Recipient of the University of Toronto’s Arbor Award as a result of having worked with the University to launch an annual Graduate Scholarship to students who demonstrate a commitment to the not-for-profit sector.
