Eric has more than two decades of leadership experience in the health and wellbeing industry. He brings his extensive knowledge and strategic vision to drive continued growth, innovation and enhanced customer experiences across TELUS Health’s Employer Solutions portfolio.
As Senior Vice-president of TELUS Health’s Global Delivery Platform (GDP) team, Eric oversees alignment of operations in the Employer Solutions market, focusing on advancing operational and clinical service delivery excellence, while also providing a scalable foundation for future acquisitions and growth. He is responsible for the Global Delivery Platform team that is made up of more than 2,500 team members who ensure effective delivery and customer experiences of our Employer Solutions Retail and Resale services around the world.
A purpose-driven and globally minded leader, Eric brings strategic vision, operational excellence and a deep commitment to innovation to his role at TELUS Health. His leadership strengthens the mission of empowering people, organizations and communities to live healthier, more fulfilling lives around the world.
With more than two decades of leadership experience in the health and wellbeing industry, Eric has held multiple C-suite roles, including Chief Operating Officer at Workplace Options and Chief Revenue Officer at Rally Health, a wellbeing subsidiary of Optum and UnitedHealth Group. He is an expert in driving business strategies for leading healthcare organizations, including The Boston Consulting Group and the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association.
Eric earned a degree in Economics from Purdue University and a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
