Martin Belanger

With close to 20 years of experience, Martin is a proven leader in workplace benefits, digital health & insurance management sectors, who is focused on leveraging technology in the private & public sector payors space to better serve our clients.

Martin currently oversees Payor Solutions, and the global development and delivery of best-in-class technology solutions for TELUS Health. In addition to ensuring a continued focus on transformational priorities and growth, his focus on a trusted, client-centric approach is critical in shaping how Payor Solutions is evolving to meet the ever-changing needs of our clients and partners around the world.

Prior to joining TELUS Health, Martin was a Senior Partner, Business & Technology at Levio. As a member of the Global Development Executive team, he advised clients on creating the right mindset to make real successes in digital transformation. Martin previously had a distinguished career at iA Financial Group, culminating at the executive committee of the organisation in his role as Senior Vice-President, Group Benefits & Retirement Solutions where he led the business line P&L and its strategic vision, while managing close to a 1,000 employees across Canada.

Martin attributes his success to communicating with clarity and transparency while building a performing team. He also has a strong belief in diversity, empowering team members and embracing digital transformation.
