Internet for Good
Internet for Good® provides thousands of low-income families in British Columbia, and Alberta and some areas of Quebec with the tools and connectivity they need to succeed. Recipients must have children under the age of majority and be currently receiving the maximum Canada Child Benefit.

Access to free TELUS Wise® workshops and resources, empowering you to participate safely in our digital world
You can apply if you:
Receive the maximum Child Care Benefit
Can provide a recent Canada Child Benefit (CCB) statement showing your family net income of less than or equal to $32,028
Note: The Internet for Good account must be under the name of the individual named on page 1 of the CCB statement.
TELUS is participating in the Connecting Families Government of Canada program. If you received a letter with a unique access code, please visit connecting-families.ca to sign up.

If applying by mail, please include your full name, return address, and contact phone number. If you provide an email address, we can expedite our response to your application.
Please note:
Documentation will be used for eligibility validation and then deleted or shredded. TELUS will be recording your name, mailing address, email (if applicable) and last four digits of a unique identifier.
Individuals are encouraged to enlist the help of a friend, family member or case worker to apply on their behalf if necessary.
The Internet for Good program is provided as a TELUS Wireline service only and is not available on our wireless network or for customers accessing TELUS High Speed Internet with a SmartHub.
What to expect after you apply
We will review and respond to all applications within 1 week
If approved, you will be sent a code and a TELUS call centre phone number to call to sign up. If you cannot find the confirmation email in your main inbox, please be sure to check your spam or junk mail folder
The call centre agent can help you sign up for the service or help existing customers who qualify for this program to migrate from their current plan
Please note:
