If your issue remains unresolved after speaking with customer service, you’re in the right place to file a complaint. In order to file your complaint, you need to be logged in to your My TELUS account. This ensures we have all your account details and history available to resolve your concern.
After your submission, within 1-2 business days, we will respond with either:
  • A scheduled call with Customer Resolution Management Team
  • A detailed written response addressing your specific concerns
