How to find your TELUS Business account number
TELUS is making it simpler to access your account online. In most cases, all you will need is your account number. Can't find your account number? Here are a few places to find it.
TELUS Service agreement
Your Business Mobility account number can be found on your TELUS Service Agreement, at the top of the page:

TELUS bill
Your Business Mobility account number also appears on your TELUS bill, on the first page under your name:

If neither of these options are available to you, You can contact our team by selecting the purple chat icon found on this and most other pages:
Note: You will be asked to validate your identity to obtain your account number.
Order confirmation
You can find your account number on your Order confirmation page. It is located after the device and location information, in the Control section:
Note: If your account number is preceded by 1001, please disregard it when registering to My TELUS or when registering for bill payments with your banking establishment.
TELUS Bill
Your account number can be found on your paper bill, on page 1 next to the company name and at the end of the page which has the stub that can be attached to your payment:
You may also find your account number in the bottom-left corner of every page of your bill.
Bill Analyzer Statement Report
You can generate a statement report from within the Bill Analyzer which will also have the account number at the top of page 1:

If you have finalized your profile, you can use My TELUS to locate your account number to pay a bill or set up pre-authorized payments:
Sign in to your My TELUS profile
Select the Billing tab
Select Download current PDF bill to download your bill

IMPORTANT: If you have registered to My TELUS using a phone number, the account number and billing will not be visible to you.
If you still cannot locate you account number, contact a TELUS representative to obtain your account number and request a copy of the following items :
