Viewing your payment history for TELUS Business customers

You can view up to 6 months of payment history by following these simple steps

  1. Log in to
    My TELUS

  2. Select the
    Billing
    tab from the overview

    • If your profile has several accounts, select the desired account.
      View your bill payment / Nav bar image

  3. Scroll down the page to view the
    Past bills
    tile and select
    View transactions history
    View your bill payments / Past bills image
    Account transaction history will display the following information for the account:

    • Status history

    • Invoice history

    • Payment history

    • Payment method history

    • Address change history

    • Adjustment history

  4. Select the month you wish to view history for
    View your bill payments / Account image
