Get ready for paperless billing
Paperless billing isn’t just good for the environment. It’s also more convenient than paper. You can:
- Get notified when your bills are ready
- Pay your bill
- View, download and/or print bills from up to 18 months ago
Turn on paperless billing
Some account types will require you to log into your My TELUS profile and switch to paperless billing manually.
If that is the case, here are steps you can follow:
- Log in to My TELUS (Not registered? Register Now)
- Select Billing
- Select desired account number if applicable
- Select Manage bill notifications
- Use the toggle to disable/enable paper billing
- This toggle will only be visible if applicable to your account type.
- Indicate how you’d like to receive notifications when your bills are ready
- By email and/or text for mobility services
- All notifications are sent by email for Home Services
- Select Save
