Outbound caller ID

As admin or user, you can decide which phone number will be displayed as Caller ID for outgoing calls

If you are a Business Connect user, follow these steps:

  1. From Voice Manager, select Settings > Outbound Calls/Faxes > Caller ID
  2. Select Edit on the devices and locations for which you want to change the displayed number
  3. Select Save

If you are a Business Connect admin, follow these steps:

  1. From Voice Manager, select Users
  2. Select the user's extension
  3. Select Outbound Calls/Faxes > Caller ID
  4. Select Save

Caller ID Name

When selected, this option will display the extension name and not the main company's display name.

Note: The caller ID name feature is unavailable (on both the extension and the main company number) when using the toll free as the outgoing caller ID number.
