All my devices cannot connect to the Internet

Internet light is green / Wi-Fi light is off

This means your Wi-Fi is disabled on your modem. Try the following steps:

  1. Restart your modem.
  2. Once internet light is on, check the wireless light.
  3. Check if you are able to see the default Wi-Fi network name listed on your device

Resetting your modem will remove your customized network name and password. You will have to reconnect devices to the default network or reset your network name and password.

Note: Restarting or resetting your modem may only provide a temporary fix to your problem, if you find the issue reoccurs contact us in order for us to find and fix the root cause of your problem.
