Effective July 1, 2024 - Rate updates to office phone and DS-1 digital network services
Effective July 01, 2024 and subject to CRTC approval, TELUS is implementing a variety of rate changes for business services. TELUS filed its submissions on May 24, 2024, in accordance with the CRTC's annual price cap compliance process. For information on this process, please visit the .

Summary of changes that will take effect July 01, 2024:

Business lines (non-contracted or contracted) | AB, BC | up to 5% increase | The regular monthly rate for TELUS Business lines will increase Note : Price increase amounts are different for each customer as each customer has a unique plan. |
Digital Network Access (DNA) DS-1 Link and Mileage | AB, BC | up to 6.9% increase | The regular monthly contracted rates for selected DNA Link and Mileage will increase. Note : Price increase amounts are different for each customer as each customer has a unique plan. |
