Enable Call recording

As admin, you can enable and disable call recording

On-demand Call Recording


  1. From Voice Manager, select Phone System > Auto Receptionist > General Settings > Call Recording

  2. Toggle on Enable On-demand Call Recording

To record calls at any time, press (*) (9) on the dial pad while the call is active.

Automatic Call Recording


Available on Complete and Complete Plus Editions

  1. From Voice Manager, select Phone System > Auto Receptionist > Call Recording
  2. Toggle on Automatic Call Recording
  3. Select Edit under Extensions to Record and select the extensions to record for Inbound and or Outbound > Save
    A. Users
    B. Call Queues
    C. Paging Only
