Quality of Service
To maintain reliable telecommunications services of high quality and to respond to the economic and social requirements of users of telecommunications services, the Canadian Radio-Television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC), mandates that TELUS must report to the CRTC on a quarterly basis the performance for a number of indicators related to service provisioning and repair service. These indicators are referred to as the quality of service (QoS) metrics, and will apply to TELUS retail and wholesale customers.
