Executive Vice-president and Chief Product Officer
Jim Senko leads the TELUS Consumer Solutions Product Office, an organization dedicated to leading product development solutions which keep Canadians connected through innovative and integrated offerings. Jim’s leadership will oversee TELUS’ Mobile & Home product portfolio, including the development of leading edge solutions across mobility, home internet, content and smart home bundles, as well as and our leadership in the certified pre-owned and device repair space. Jim’s primary focus is to build new businesses, expand existing products nationally, and deliver a seamless customer journey that maximizes the lifetime value across our product suite.
Since joining TELUS in 2001, Jim has held a variety of leadership positions spanning channel distribution, marketing and product development, most recently serving as President, Mobility Solutions, where he led the management of profits & losses for Consumer Mobility. On the backbone of putting customers first, Jim’s focus has been to increase TELUS’ simplification strategy, while increasing customers’ likelihood to recommend TELUS and improving the lives of Canadians through technology.
Prior to joining TELUS, Jim was Vice-president and leader of the UK Telecommunications and Media practice for Gemini Consulting, a subsidiary of Cap Gemini, where he was responsible for business development, delivery and people development. His background also includes international management experience with a variety of consulting firms, including KPMG.
Jim has a BSc, Operations Management from The Pennsylvania State University and proudly serves as Executive Sponsor of the TELUS SickKids campaign, championing the fundraising efforts for the Hospital for Sick Children to build a new, state-of-the-art building in Toronto.
