Remove User Access
The Account Manager determines the account privileges of all members and can oversee them (with the exception of the owner's account rights). The Account Manager may grant access to new users, modify a user's privileges or end a user's access to the account.
If you would like to cancel an account or service, please contact us.
Log in to your My TELUS online account
1. Proceed to My Profile
2. About halfway down the page, on the right side, click on Add, remove, or manage subscribers
3. On the line of the user that you wish to modify, select Change under the access level column, as shown below:
4. Select Remove Access to restrain the user from accessing the account
Note: If you wish to cancel the changes, select the back button leading to the Manage account users page.
