Changing a sensor name for TELUS Business customers

Customize your sensor names to better manage your business's security system.

Note
: The sensor name cannot be modified using the TELUS Secure Business app.

  1. Log in to the
    web portal

  2. In the
    Sensors
    card, select "
    >
    "
    Change a sensor name / Sensors Card

  3. In the
    Sensor Name
    column, enter the new name for the desired sensor
    Change a sensor name / Sensor Name

  4. Select
    Save
