Fast Passes are used to add high-speed data to your Peace of Mind and Unlimited for Business plans.
Top-ups are used to add shareable data to your Simple Share for Business plans.
The system will default to the type of data that applies to your specific line, which you can add in multiple ways.
Follow these steps to add any data required to finish your cycle:
Log In to your My TELUS profile
Select Usage tab

Select Add a Fast Pass or Add a data top-up depending on your plan


Select the amount of data you require, then select Complete purchase


You will receive a purchase confirmation on screen

Use our TELUS Assist to keep things simple when you are out of data:
Locate the TELUS Assist icon on your screen

Tell the Assistant you wish to Add Data Top Up
Enter the desired subscriber phone number

Select your top-up or add-on, then select YES to confirm


Once completed, you will receive a confirmation message and a prompt to restart your device


Log in to your My TELUS app
Select View data top-up options or Add a Fast Pass from the Usage tab
Select any eligible Data Top-Up or Fast Pass
Review the details and select Confirm
