We are seeking a motivated IT graduate to join our Integration team as a Graduate Integration Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting middleware integration solutions for our B2B partners. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in enterprise integration technologies while working directly with customers and cross-functional teams. 

Our team of technical integration consultants are dedicated to creating seamless integration solutions for our Ag customers using our middleware technologies such as Interlok. We pride ourselves on our collaborative spirit, where every idea is valued, and together, we strive to deliver the best outcomes for our clients. Your contribution will be pivotal in helping us achieve unparalleled integration services, making us the go-to experts in the industry. 

In the role of an Graduate Integration Engineer, you will join a small, dynamic team of technical integration consultants responsible for integrating client backends (for example MYOB, SAP, MS Dynamics, Xero and other ERPs) with our middleware technology. In this fast-paced environment you will be responsible for delivery of allocated integration projects, managing multiple clients and deliverables simultaneously. You will have the opportunity to bounce ideas off the internal team and leverage team strengths to support best client outcomes. The role encompasses communication, project management, business analysis, research & development, problem solving skills as well as being deeply technical.

What you'll do 

● Consult directly with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored integration solutions. 
● Engage in hands-on development, configuration, documentation, and deployment activities. 
● Manage multiple integration projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables aligning to customer expectations. 
● Conduct customer training sessions and workshops on our products and solutions. 
● Manage end-to-end implementation and delivery of technical work on integration projects 
● Provide third-level support and resolve production issues within the agreed SLAs. 
● Create and maintain technical documentation for integration solutions 

What you bring 

● Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in IT 
● Strong understanding on programing fundamentals, XML and data transformation (XSLT) 
● Strong understanding of SQL and database concepts 
● Basic understanding of networks (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, ports, protocols) 
● Basic understanding of Linux operating systems and command line operations. 
● Basic understanding of various integration protocols (SFTP, API, AS2, EDI, HTTP web services) 
● Problem solving mindset with excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills 
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills - ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences
● Excellent time management - ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities 

Great to have 

● Familiarity with version control systems such as Git 
● Familiarity with middleware platforms such as Interlok, MuleSoft, Apache Camel or similar
● Familiarity on Agriculture domain and B2B
