Our team and what we'll accomplish together

We are recruiting for a Trade Analyst for our Claims team. The Trade Analyst – Claims is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of claim documentation within the TPM system. This role requires expertise in claim interpretation, data entry, contract matching, and transaction processing across multiple formats and clients. The position demands advanced Excel proficiency and strong analytical capabilities to ensure precise documentation handling and processing.

As part of our Trade Analytics division, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of trade claims within our TPM systems. Our team transforms complex claim documentation into structured, reliable data that drives financial accuracy and supports stronger client relationships.

You’ll work closely with analysts, account managers, and technology specialists who are focused on delivering high-quality outcomes across multiple clients and markets. Together, we’re building scalable, efficient processes that ensure every claim is accurately captured, validated, and aligned to contractual agreements—supporting our clients’ financial performance and operational excellence.

What you’ll do

  • Drive claims processing excellence by managing the end-to-end lifecycle of trade claims, ensuring accurate data capture, contract alignment, and timely processing within TPM systems.
  • Interpret and validate claim documentation across multiple formats, ensuring all key data points (invoice details, product information, dates, and financials) are accurately recorded and supported by appropriate backup.
  • Utilise advanced Excel and analytical skills to review claim data, identify discrepancies, and ensure high levels of accuracy across multiple client accounts.
  • Manage multi-client workloads by prioritising processing timelines, supporting VIP accounts, and maintaining consistent service levels across all assigned manufacturers.
  • Collaborate with account managers and cross-functional teams to resolve queries, support claim validation, and ensure alignment with client-specific processes and contractual requirements.
  • Maintain quality control standards through daily review of pending claims, resolving duplicates, monitoring claim statuses, and ensuring accurate system updates.
  • Support operational efficiency by managing inbox workflows, maintaining organised documentation, and contributing to structured processing protocols.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process gaps, supporting documentation updates, and assisting with onboarding and validation of new team members’ work.
  • Provide broader team support through cross-account coverage, assisting with new implementations, and responding to TPM-related queries as experience grows.

Technical expertise

  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, data validation, and complex formulas
  • Ability to manage and interpret large volumes of documentation with accuracy
