Kent Fenton, DVM
Dr. Kent Fenton is a specialist in Animal Health Management, Pathology, and Animal Welfare, based in Okotoks, Alberta, Canada. He earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (D.V.M.) from the Western College of Veterinary Medicine, University of Saskatchewan, in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, in 1998.
Growing up in Alberta, Dr. Fenton developed a deep connection to the agricultural community. After graduating, he worked for three years in mixed veterinary practice before joining TELUS Agriculture, formerly known as Feedlot Health Management Services, in 2001. Dr. Fenton primarily works with calf ranches and feedlots in Canada, the United States, and Mexico, leveraging his extensive expertise to improve animal health and welfare across these regions.
When not working, Dr. Fenton enjoys spending time with his family on their small farm outside of Okotoks or embarking on wilderness trips. His dedication to both his professional and personal life underscores his commitment to animal health and the agricultural community.
