As part of our Food, Beverage and Consumer Goods team, you’ll help our customers connect business processes and leverage data-driven technology for better visibility, agility and responsiveness. The JR Account Manager team member will be responsible for ensuring the overall customer services and satisfaction for our clients. Client facing meetings, phone calls, video calls, etc.. This position does require traveling to the offices for the clients you are assigned a few times a year. This position does require teamwork and the ability to cover claims and/or deductions when team members are out or functions get behind. Advanced excel skills are required, including the ability to create pivot tables and proper sum data. Experience in webinar calls and power point is required. This is a fast paced job, the ability to multi-task is a must.
Here's how
- Update timecard daily
- Saving eclaims for FTP
- Work Eclaim kickback tickets within 1 business day of being assigned to get them closed
- Eclaim exceptions
- Check claims on hold for comments weekly
- Tickets assigned to you, clear out daily
- Help to cover Deductions and/or Claims when someone is out
- Create Tableau reports as needed for Account Managers
Other Responsibilities:
- Assist with some emails received from clients within the client box and your email box within 3 business days of receipt
- Check pends daily (Duplicates, UOM pends, and multiple events)
- Check new pends daily that auto submitted/approved for accuracy
- Keep Client Services Director up to date with any potential issues
- Ability to multi-task and move throughout several different accounts daily, keep all tasks up to date across all clients assigned and ask for help when needed
- Be available for team members and Director of Client Services with any specific client questions
- Help to with portal & monarch tickets for Artlog
- Other projects assigned from the Account Manager or Director of Client Services
What you bring to the role
- Advanced excel skills are required, including the ability to create pivot tables and properly sum data.
- 1-2 years experience working in a similar role

The US base salary range for this position is: $56k - $70k USD. This position may be eligible for a 5% performance- based BONUS. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. Within that range, individual pay is determined by work location and a variety of factors, which may include but not limited, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held.
