TELUS’ Graduate Technology Leadership Program (GTLP) is a one-of-a-kind technical development program with a focus on technology and innovation.
Experience
Get exposed to a breadth of functions through a series of rotations and projects while delivering on the technology needs of our customers.
Program length
Complete 3 rotations across five possible technology streams. That’s 2 to 3 years of work experience in various teams and roles!
Locations
Explore Canada’s spectacular cities: positions are available in Vancouver, Edmonton, Toronto and Montreal.

Cybersecurity Solutions
Design, develop, and deploy advanced cybersecurity and privacy solutions that protect Canadians from evolving online threats including malware, data breaches, and network attacks. You'll build security architectures, implement AI-enabled threat detection systems, and create privacy-preserving technologies that safeguard customer data and ensure the trust of millions of users.
Next Gen Networking Services
Leverage technology to transform our network into intelligent, cloud-based infrastructure that enhances sustainability and customer experience. Drive the evolution to a hyper-connected 5G ecosystem through AI-powered network optimization and automation.
Software & AI Platforms and Applications
Develop intelligent, scalable software solutions by applying leading edge technologies to create robust systems that solve complex problems and deliver measurable business value. Your work will focus on building technically excellent, production-grade platforms and applications to optimize business operations and enhance customer experiences.
