Terms and conditions for service groupings in the Promote My Business by TELUS

These Service Terms form part of the agreement between the Customer and TELUS for Business Select and apply to the Customer’s use of service groupings in the Promote My Business service category. Services that are part of service groupings in the Promote My Business service category are provided by TELUS Communications Company.

1. Service Category

Service groupings in the Promote My Business service category provide the Customer with the Services in the following table.

The Promote My Business service grouping selected by the Customer, and details about the service grouping, are specified in the Order Details.

2. Interpretation

Any capitalized words and expressions that are not defined in these Service Terms have the meaning set out for such words and expressions in the agreement between the Customer and TELUS for Business Select.

3. Toll-free Service

Toll-free Service enables the Customer to receive toll-free calls using toll-free numbers for which TELUS is the responsible organization and toll-free carrier.

The monthly subscription fee, if applicable, and per minute charge for Toll-free Service are specified in the Order Details.

4. Definitions

For purposes of these Service Terms:

“toll-free calls” means toll-free calls originating anywhere within Canada or the United States and terminating anywhere within Canada (excluding Yukon, Nunavut and the Northwest Territories) that are received by the Customer using long distance services and toll-free numbers for which TELUS is the responsible organization.

5. Service Conditions

toll-free calls are provided on a switched basis and may terminate to one or more public switched telephone network (“PSTN”) numbers in Canada.
