Braille or large print bills

How to apply for a large print or Braille bill free of charge

If you are a visually impaired or cognitively disabled customer, you can choose to receive your bill in an alternate format. There is no cost to receive a different bill format.

  • Large print: TELUS bills are printed on regular-sized paper, in landscape format.
  • Braille: TELUS bills are translated into Braille

Neither the large print nor Braille formats can be used to make payments, but the standard paper bill is included with all mailings and can be used when you make a payment at a financial institution.
