1. HOW TO ENTER & ELIGIBILITY
No Purchase Necessary. To enter, entrants must complete and submit the online form. Entrants have the opportunity to receive two (2) entries in total. Providing email only information on the entry form will provide an entrant with one (1) entry and entrants who submit address information will receive one (1) additional entry into the contest. Entrants can complete one (1) entry form in total throughout the contest period. No other form of participation is accepted. In the event of a dispute on the entrant identity, the person who is the holder of the email address specified on the online form will be deemed to be the entrant.
Contest runs from August 20, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time to October 26, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the "Contest Period").
To be eligible, entries must be received during the Contest Period. To be eligible, you must be a Canadian resident 18 years of age or older. Contest not open to employees of TELUS Communications Inc. (“TELUS” or “Sponsor”), its affiliated companies or subsidiaries, its sales agents, its advertising and promotional agencies and prizing suppliers, including CFL Enterprises LP and/or CFL Ventures (“CFL”) and each of their general partners, subsidiaries, affiliates and related entities (including the Canadian Football League, CFL Enterprises G.P. Inc, CFL Holdings G.P. Inc., and CFL Holdings L.P. and member teams of the Canadian Football League), (collectively, the “Contest Parties”), and their immediate family members and members with whom they are domiciled (whether related or not).
The Contest Parties and each of their respective agents, shareholders, officers, directors, employees, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for, and accept no liability whatsoever in relation to, any late, lost, misdirected, delayed, incomplete or incompatible entries (all of which are void).
THE RELEASED PARTIES WILL BEAR NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER REGARDING: (I) THE USE OF YOUR ENTRY; (II) PARTICIPATION IN ANY CONTEST-RELATED ACTIVITIES; (III) ANY USE, COLLECTION, STORAGE AND DISCLOSURE OF ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION; AND/OR (IV) IF DECLARED A WINNER, THE PRIZE (INCLUDING ANY USE OR MISUSE OF A PRIZE). THE RELEASED PARTIES SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY YOU IN THE EVENT IT IS DISCOVERED THAT YOU HAVE DEPARTED FROM OR NOT OTHERWISE FULLY COMPLIED WITH ANY OF THESE RULES AND THIS RELEASE AND INDEMNITY SHALL CONTINUE IN FORCE FOLLOWING THE TERMINATION OF THE CONTEST AND/OR AWARDING OF ANY PRIZES.
By participating in this Contest, you are signifying your agreement that you have read and agree to be legally bound by these Rules.
2. THE PRIZE
There will be one (1) grand prize (the “Prize”) available to be won consisting of a 113th Grey Cup Experience for the winner and one (1) guest to travel to Calgary, Alberta to attend the 113th Grey Cup (the “Game”). The Game is currently scheduled to take place on November 15, 2026 (Game date is subject to change). The Prize includes the following:
- Roundtrip, economy airfare for two (2) to Calgary, Alberta from a major Canadian gateway city closest to the selected entrant's residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion);
- Standard, double occupancy room for two (2) for three (3) nights at a hotel of the Sponsor’s choice; and
- Two (2) tickets to the Game.
Approximate retail value of the Grey Cup Experience is $5,000 CDN. Actual value may vary depending on point of departure. If the Prize winner’s residence is within 300km of the event location, a flight will not be provided and will be substituted with ground transportation. Winner is not entitled to any monetary difference between the actual Prize value and stated approximate value. All travel must take place between November 13, 2026 – November 16, 2026 (subject to change). If the Prize winner is unable to accept the Prize for any reason, Prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate eligible entrant at the Sponsor's sole discretion. All expenses not specified in these Rules, including without limitation, meals, gratuities, incidentals and other expenses, are the Prize Winner’s (and guest’s) sole responsibility (NOTE: confirmed Prize winner and/or his/her guest may be required to present a valid major credit card in his/her name at the time of hotel check-in to cover any incidental expenses). Winner and guest are also responsible for all costs incurred to and from the departure points. Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary. No changes to the travel dates or passenger names are permitted once the booking has been made. Choice of flights, airline(s), hotel accommodations (including, without limitation, room size and occupancy) and all other aspects of the Prize are at the sole and absolute discretion of TELUS. All flight and hotel arrangements will be handled by TELUS.
It is strongly recommended and encouraged that the confirmed Prize winner and his/her guest obtain sufficient personal travel and medical insurance prior to departure. Flights are subject to availability, blackout periods, government restrictions and regulations, airline, airport or other transportation restrictions and regulations. Stadium entry is subject to stadium rules and policies.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the following general conditions apply to the Prize: (i) the Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, assignable and/or convertible to cash (except as may be specifically permitted by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion); (ii) all travel related to the Prize must occur within and/or on or before the date or dates specified by the Sponsor (otherwise the Prize may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, be forfeited in its entirety and, if forfeited, nothing will be substituted in its place); (iii) the confirmed Prize winner and his/her guest must have all necessary documentation to permit travel, including to onboard flights (as applicable) and entry into the stadium; and (iv) if the confirmed winner and his/her guest do not utilize any part(s) of the Prize, then any such part(s) not utilized may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, be forfeited in their entirety and, if forfeited, nothing will be substituted in their place.
TELUS reserves the right at any time to: (a) place reasonable restrictions on the availability or use of the Prize or any component thereof; and (b) substitute the Prize or a component thereof for any reason with a prize or prize component(s) of equal or greater retail value, including, without limitation, but solely at the TELUS’ sole discretion, a cash award.
By accepting the Prize, the confirmed winner agrees to waive all recourse against the Released Parties if the Prize or a component thereof does not prove satisfactory, either in whole or in part.
The Released Parties are not responsible for any delay, postponement, suspension, rescheduling or cancellation, for any reason, of any aspect of a Prize – including, but not limited to the Game. Neither the confirmed winner nor his/her guest nor any other person or entity will be compensated in the event of such delay, cancellation or other event contemplated herein. The Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets. If the winner and/or their guest is denied entry to the Game for any reason whatsoever, including over intoxication, drug impairment, or any form of behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive, no compensation or alternative prize will be provided.
None of the Released Parties makes any representation or offers any warranty, express or implied, as to the quality or fitness of the Prize awarded in connection with the Contest. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the confirmed winner understands and acknowledges that he or she may not seek reimbursement or pursue any legal or equitable remedy from either the Sponsor or any of the other Released Parties should his/her Prize fail to be fit for its purpose or is in any way unsatisfactory. By entering this Contest and accepting the Prize, the confirmed winner agrees to maintain his/her behaviour in accordance with all applicable laws and generally accepted social practices in connection with participation in any Contest or prize-related activity, including at the Game. The confirmed winner understands and agrees that Sponsor or prize providers have the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify and remove the confirmed winner and their guest from any activity at any time if the confirmed winner’s or guest’s behaviour at any point is uncooperative, disruptive, or may or does cause damage to person, property, or the reputation of any Contest Parties or otherwise violates the policies of the prize providers, and in such a case, the prize winner will still be solely responsible for all expenses related to the Prize.
In connection with attendance at the Game, the confirmed winner agrees that stadium policies, airline policies, CFL policies, provincial/federal guidelines and the recommendations of health officials must be followed. In addition, the confirmed winner and guest should be aware of and comply with government guidelines regarding travel restrictions and mandatory quarantines before and after travel (if applicable). Please note that any public location where people are present provides an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19, and the Contest Parties cannot guarantee that any person will not be exposed during a visit.
The applicable Prize winner and his/her guests acknowledge and accept all risk of damages, injury or other loss incidental to the Game, whether occurring before, during or after the Game, and hereby voluntarily agrees to assume the same.
3. THE DRAW
No one is deemed a winner unless and until TELUS officially confirms him/her as the winner in accordance with these Rules. A random draw for the Prize will take place at the TELUS office located at 25 York Street, Toronto, ON, M5J 2V5, on or about October 27, 2026 at approx. 12:00 p.m. ET by a TELUS representative. Selected entrants will be notified by telephone and/or e-mail. No telephone contact or correspondence will be entered into except with the selected entrant. If the selected entrant cannot be reached within four (4) business days, or if the selected entrant does not meet any of the contest requirements, another entrant will be selected from the remaining eligible entries.
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries submitted and received in accordance with these Rules.
In order to win, the selected entrant must correctly answer, unaided, a mathematical skill-testing question (which may, in the sole and absolute discretion of TELUS, be administered online, by telephone, or in TELUS' release form) and will be required to sign a standard release form. Failure to answer the skill-testing question correctly, comply with the Rules or sign and return the release form within seven (7) days of receipt will result in disqualification and another eligible entry will be randomly selected until the Prize is awarded.
4. PRIVACY
By entering the contest, entrants consent to the use of their names, city of residence, photograph, voice and/or image for publicity purposes in all media used by TELUS, without payment or compensation. Entrants agree to TELUS’ and CFL’s use of the entrants’ personal information that may include contacting you regarding limited time offers, promotional offers and/or surveys. .5. OTHER
Guest Requirements: The confirmed Prize winner’s guest must return the Sponsor’s release (by the date indicated on the release form) indicating that he/she waives all recourse against the Released Parties relating to his/her participation in the Prize (including, without limitation, any travel related thereto).
All entries become the property of TELUS. TELUS assumes no responsibility or liability for any late, lost, stolen, incompatible, incomplete or damaged entries. TELUS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, cancel or suspend this contest or to amend these Rules in any way without prior notice or obligation. Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are illegible, mechanically reproduced (including through artificial intelligence), mutilated, forged, falsified, altered or tampered with or unlawful in any way. Entries submitted by unauthorized means will be disqualified. In the event that it has been determined that an entry has been made in a manner not sanctioned by these Rules and/or an entrant has submitted more than the number of entries permitted by these Rules, the entrant and all of his/her entries will be disqualified. Entrants agree to abide by the Rules and the decisions of the contest judges, which are final. This contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
The Released Parties will not be liable for: (i) any failure of any website or any platform during the Contest; (ii) any technical malfunction or other problems of any nature whatsoever, including, without limitation, those relating to the telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment or software; (iii) the failure of any entry and/or other information to be received, captured or recorded for any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website; (iv) any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in the Contest; (v) anyone being incorrectly and/or mistakenly identified as a winner or eligible winner; (vi) any stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged Prizes, and/or (vii) any combination of the above.
All entrants that are customers of TELUS at the time of entry and/or at the time of Prize award must have their TELUS accounts in good standing (with a current account balance that is no more than 30 days past due) in order to be eligible to win the Prize.
In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these English Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Contest-related materials, including, but not limited to, the French version of these Rules, point of sale, television, print or online advertising and/or any instructions or interpretations of these Rules given by any representative of the Sponsor, the terms and conditions of these English Rules shall prevail, govern and control to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Rules or the rights and obligations of participants, Sponsor or any of the other the Released Parties in connection with the Contest will be governed by and construed in accordance with the domestic laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other jurisdiction’s laws. The parties hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Ontario in any action to enforce (or otherwise relating to) these Rules or relating to this Contest.
Anyone deemed by TELUS to be in violation of TELUS’ interpretation of the letter and/or spirit of these Rules for any reason is subject to disqualification in the sole and absolute discretion of TELUS at any time.
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with the terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
