1. HOW TO ENTER & ELIGIBILITY
No Purchase Necessary. To enter entrants must complete and submit the online form located at telus.com/greycupcontest. Only one entry per person accepted. No other form of participation is accepted. In the event of a dispute on the entrant identity, the person who is the holder of the email address specified on the online form will be deemed to be the entrant.
Contest runs November 1, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. / EST to November 17, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. / EST (the “Contest Period”).
To be eligible, entry must be received on or before end of contest closing date. Contest is open to Canadian residents only 18 years of age or older. Contest not open to employees of TELUS Corporation (“TELUS” or “Sponsor”), its affiliated companies or subsidiaries, its sales agents, its advertising and promotional agencies and prizing suppliers, including CFL Ventures (“CFL”) and each of their general partners, subsidiaries, affiliates and related entities (including the Canadian Football League, CFL Enterprises LP, CFL Enterprises GP Inc, CFL Holdings GP Inc., and CFL Holdings LP and member teams of the Canadian Football League), (collectively, the “Contest Parties”), and their immediate family members and members with whom they are domiciled.
The Contest Parties and each of their respective agents, shareholders, officers, directors, employees, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for, and accept no liability whatsoever in relation to, any late, lost, misdirected, delayed, incomplete or incompatible entries (all of which are void), your participation in any Contest-related activities, or, if declared a winner, from any use or misuse of the Prize .
THE RELEASED PARTIES SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY YOU IN THE EVENT IT IS DISCOVERED THAT YOU HAVE DEPARTED FROM OR NOT OTHERWISE FULLY COMPLIED WITH ANY OF THESE RULES AND THIS RELEASE AND INDEMNITY SHALL CONTINUE IN FORCE FOLLOWING THE TERMINATION OF THE CONTEST AND/OR AWARDING OF ANY PRIZES.
By participating in this Contest, you are signifying your agreement that you have read and agree to be legally bound by these Rules, and agree to that any and all liability related to this Contest by the Released Parties is limited to the value of the Prize(s) as defined hereinafter.
2. THE PRIZE
One (1) winner will be selected to receive the following CFL Post Season Contest prize package (the “Prize”):
- 112th Grey Cup merchandise pack (approx. retail value $200.00)
- One (1) iPhone 17 Pro 256GB (approx. retail value: $1,599.00)
The contents of the merchandise pack will be determined/selected by the contest organizers. Prize must be accepted as awarded, is not transferable and cannot be exchanged with the Contest Parties for cash. No telephone contact or correspondence will be entered into except with the winning entrant. TELUS reserves the right to substitute the Prize, or any portion of the prize, which is, in their sole opinion, a prize of equivalent value and/or to terminate or withdraw this Contest at any time. The chances of winning are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received.
None of the Released Parties make any representation or offer any warranty, express or implied, as to the quality or fitness of the Prize awarded in connection with the Contest. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the confirmed winner understands and acknowledges that he or she may not seek reimbursement or pursue any legal or equitable remedy from either TELUS or any of the other Released Parties should his/her Prize fail to be fit for its purpose or is in any way unsatisfactory.
3. THE DRAW
A random draw for the Prize will take place at the TELUS office located at 25 York Street, Toronto, ON, M5J 2V5 on or about November 18, 2025 at approx. 11:00 a.m. / EST by a TELUS representative.
Selected entrant will be notified by telephone and/or e-mail. No telephone contact or correspondence will be entered into except with the selected entrant. If the selected entrant cannot be reached within four (4) business days, or if the selected entrant does not meet any of the contest requirements, another entrant will be selected from the remaining eligible entries.
In order to win, the selected entrant must correctly answer unaided a mathematical skill-testing question and will be required to sign a standard release form. Failure to answer the skill-testing question correctly, comply with the Contest Rules or sign and return the release form within seven (7) days of receipt will result in disqualification and another entry will be selected until the Prize is awarded.
4. PRIVACY
By entering the contest, entrants consent to the use of their names, city of residence, photograph, voice and/or image for publicity purposes in all media used by TELUS, without payment or compensation. Entrants agree to TELUS’ and CFL’s use of the entrants’ personal information that may include contacting you regarding limited time offers, promotional offers and/or surveys. .5. OTHER
All entries become the property of TELUS. TELUS assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged entries. TELUS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, cancel or suspend this Contest without prior notice. Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are illegible, mechanically reproduced, mutilated, forged, falsified, altered or tampered with or unlawful in any way. Entries submitted by unauthorized means will be disqualified. In the event that it has been determined that an entry has been made in a manner not sanctioned by these rules and/or an entrant has submitted more than the number of entries permitted by these rules, the entrant and all of his/her entries will be disqualified. Entrants agree to abide by the contest rules and the decisions of the contest judges, which are final. This contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
By entering the Contest and submitting an entry, each entrant: (i) grants to TELUS, in perpetuity, a non-exclusive license to publish, display, reproduce, modify, edit or otherwise use his/her entry materials (and each component thereof), in whole or in part, for administration, advertising or promotion of the Contest or for any other reason; (ii) waives all moral rights in and to his/her entry materials (and each component thereof) in favour of TELUS (and anyone authorized by TELUS to use such entry materials); and (iii) agrees to release and hold harmless TELUS and all of the other Released Parties from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from use of his/her entry materials (or any component thereof), including, without limitation, any claim based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trade-mark infringement or any other intellectual property related or other cause of action whatsoever.
All entries, entry materials and entrants are subject to verification at any time and for any reason. TELUS reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to TELUS– including, without limitation, government issued photo identification): (i) for the purposes of verifying an individual’s eligibility to participate in this Contest; (ii) for the purposes of verifying the eligibility and/or legitimacy of any entry, entry materials and/or other information entered (or purportedly entered) for the purposes of this Contest; and/or (iii) for any other reason TELUS deems necessary, in its sole and absolute discretion, for the purposes of administering this Contest in accordance with TELUS’ interpretation of the letter and spirit of these Rules. Failure to provide such proof to the complete satisfaction of TELUS within the timeline specified by TELUS may result in disqualification in the sole and absolute discretion of TELUS. The sole determinant of the time for the purposes of this Contest will be the official time-keeping device(s) of TELUS.
The Released Parties will not be liable for: (i) any failure of any website or any platform during the Contest; (ii) any technical malfunction or other problems of any nature whatsoever, including, without limitation, those relating to the telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment or software; (iii) the failure of any entry and/or other information to be received, captured or recorded for any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website; (iv) any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in the Contest; (v) anyone being incorrectly and/or mistakenly identified as a winner or eligible winner; (vi) any stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged Prizes, and/or (vii) any combination of the above.
All entrants that are customers of TELUS at the time of entry and/or at the time of Prize award must have their TELUS accounts in good standing (with a current account balance that is no more than 30 days past due) in order to be eligible to win the Prize.
In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these English Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Contest-related materials, including, but not limited to, the French version of these Rules, point of sale, television, print or online advertising and/or any instructions or interpretations of these Rules given by any representative of TELUS, the terms and conditions of these English Rules shall prevail, govern and control to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Rules or the rights and obligations of participants, TELUS or any of the other the Released Parties in connection with the Contest will be governed by and construed in accordance with the domestic laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other jurisdiction’s laws. The parties hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Ontario in any action to enforce (or otherwise relating to) these Rules or relating to this Contest.
Anyone deemed by TELUS to be in violation of TELUS’ interpretation of the letter and/or spirit of these Rules for any reason is subject to disqualification in the sole and absolute discretion of TELUS at any time.
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with the terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
