TELUS Change for Good allows participating TELUS customers to round up their TELUS Mobility and/or Home Services bill(s) to the next dollar and 100% of the difference will be donated to TELUS Friendly Future Foundation. The program is self-serve and must be initiated by the customer through their My TELUS account. Once enabled, the program will continue to round up your bill each month. You can stop donating at any time through your My TELUS account.

100% of funds raised through TELUS Change for Good will be directed to TELUS Friendly Future Foundation. Learn more at friendlyfuture.com.

TELUS Change for Good is only available to TELUS Consumer postpaid Mobility customers and Home Services customers (excluding home services customers in Quebec). TELUS Change for Good is not available for TELUS Business customers.

Donation examples:

• If your monthly bill total (after applicable taxes) is $75.06, your bill will be rounded up to $76.00 resulting in a donation of $0.94.

• If your bill is a whole dollar, no round up will occur.

• If your bill has a credit, your bill will be rounded up to the next highest dollar. E.g. If your bill total is -$15.74, then your bill will round up $0.74 bringing your final bill total for that month, after TELUS Change for Good is added, to -$15.00.

• If you pay your bill late, your TELUS Friendly Future Foundation donation will be carried forward to your next bill and the round up will continue to occur on each bill until you stop donating to the program.

• If your account goes to collections, you will be removed from the TELUS Change for Good program. Any unpaid donations will be credited back on your bill.
  

All funds raised through TELUS Change for Good go to TELUS Friendly Future Foundation. As a founding partner of the Foundation, TELUS covers the TELUS Friendly Future Foundation’s administrative expenses so that 100% of your donation goes directly to Canadian registered charities that offer health and education programs that help youth reach their full potential.

On My TELUS Web page

1. Log in to My TELUS. If you don’t have an account, register now.

2. Navigate to Billing, select an account (if applicable) and select “Start donating” under the “TELUS Change for Good” section

On the My TELUS App

1. Download the My TELUS app

2. On the Billing tab, select “Start donating” under the “TELUS Change for Good” section

You are now enrolled in TELUS Change for Good. Your donation will be reflected on your next bill cycle, and your monthly bill will be rounded up as long as you are in the program.

2. Navigate to Billing and select an account (if applicable)

3. Select the “Stop Donating” button under the TELUS Change for Good section

4. A confirmation message will appear. Select “Confirm.”

You will receive an email confirming that you have opted-out of the program.

On the My TELUS App

1. Download the My TELUS app

2. On the Billing tab, select Manage settings under the TELUS Change for Good section

3. Turn the TELUS Change for Good toggle off. When off, it will appear grey.

4. A confirmation message will appear. Select “Stop donating”

You will receive an email confirming that you have opted-out of the program.

TELUS Change for Good will no longer appear on your monthly bill, starting on your next cycle’s bill.

TELUS Friendly Future Foundation is a registered charity and issues tax receipts for donations of $20 or more. Annual donations per customer through TELUS Change for Good are less than $20 per year, therefore the TELUS Friendly Future Foundation will not provide a tax receipt.

TELUS also does not receive a tax donation receipt or credit from the funds donated through TELUS Change for Good because the donations come from customers and not TELUS.
