Rajiv Dhand is the Regional Vice-President for Asia-Pacific and Africa at TELUS Digital. Since joining the TELUS Digital family in 2002, he has delivered strong and consistent business results, driving the region's yearly performance and helping solidify the organization's caring company culture. With over 25 years of experience in the business process outsourcing and digital customer experience solutions industry, Rajiv brings deep expertise in delivering exceptional service to global and disruptive brands. He leads large teams to surpass client expectations through spirited collaboration and smart business innovations.

For Rajiv, being the best in customer service excellence coupled with a deep sense of social responsibility is what truly defines TELUS Digital’s culture, one that has distinguished the organization for so many years. As an active member of the TELUS Digital Philippines and India Community Boards, Rajiv champions local grassroots foundations and NGOs that make a tangible difference in people's lives. He is also a supporter of the company's volunteering efforts through their TELUS Days of Giving program. Through it, thousands of volunteer team members transform schools and community spaces, engage in employee giving campaigns and social impact projects, organize disaster relief and youth empowerment efforts, and engage in various initiatives directed towards education, health and the environment.
