First Steps Checklist

  1. Is the Optik TV digital box and your television plugged in and the power turned on?
  2. Is the switch on your power bar on?
  3. Are all the cables connected to your devices securely engaged?
  4. Is your remote working?
  5. Does the remote need new batteries?
  6. Verify that no object is blocking the remote signal to the set top box
