View and manage your TELUS Business service appointments
Learn how to view, cancel or modify a scheduled appointment with My TELUS.
If you have scheduled a Business installation appointment with a phone agent, you can view and manage its date, time and other details simply by logging into My TELUS.
We recommend using your My TELUS online portal. It is the fastest, easiest way to get information about your accounts and appointments.
There are two different ways to get to the Appointment Details, depending on your type of Overview:
Overview A

Log in to My TELUS
From your Overview, select View Details from the Appointment reminder banner. This will display a panel showing your Important Notices and Account Related Activity, including any upcoming appointment
Navigate to the Appointments dashboard from the Account Related Activity section
You can also access the most recent appointment by selecting View details in the Important Notices section and skip to step 5
Consult the dashboard to view your appointment details such as Date, Appointment type and Status
Select the appointment date to view further details such as:
Time estimate for the appointment
Duration of the installation
Point of contact in the appointment
Service address for the appointment
Appointment status, including:
Appointment Scheduled
Technician Assignment
Technician in Transit
Appointment in Progress
Appointment Completed

Log in to My TELUS
From your Overview, select View Details from the Appointment reminder banner. This will display a panel showing your Important Notices and Account Related Activity, including any upcoming appointment.
Navigate to the Appointments dashboard from the Account Related Activity section
You can also access the most recent appointment by selecting View details on the in the Important Notices section and skip to step 5
From the Appointments dashboard, select the appointment date you wish to reschedule
From the Change this appointment section, select Reschedule
Enter a new date for your appointment to bring up a list of available times
Select the desired time slot, then select Reschedule appointment
Note: You can select I changed my mind to cancel the rescheduling
You will see a confirmation page with the new appointment details once your appointment has been successfully rescheduled
Log in to My TELUS
From your Overview, select View Details from the Appointment reminder banner. This will display a panel showing your Important Notices and Account Related Activity, including any upcoming appointment
Navigate to the Appointments dashboard from the Account Related Activity section
You can also access the most recent appointment by selecting View details in the Important Notices section, then skip step 5
From the Appointments dashboard, select the appointment date you wish to cancel
From the Change this appointment section, select Cancel
Select Cancel appointment to confirm the cancellation

Overview B

Log in to My TELUS
From the Upcoming appointments section of your Overview, select View details
If you have multiple appointments pending, this will take you directly to the Appointments dashboard
Otherwise, a panel will open displaying your Important Notices and Account Related Activity, including your upcoming appointment. Select View details in the Important Notices section to view the appointment details and skip to step 4
Consult the dashboard to view your appointment details such as Date, Appointment type and Status
Select the appointment date to view further details such as:
Time estimate for the appointment
Duration of the installation
