Log in to My TELUS
Select the My Profile tab
Under My accounts:
Select the desired account, if applicable
Select Change billing address
Start entering your new address in the assigned field
The system will begin suggesting addresses, as it is linked to Canada Post services
Select the correct address, OR
Select Add It Manually if your address cannot be found
Select Submit
From your Overview, scroll down to and select Go to Support Requests
Select Update billing address
Select Other Services from the dropdown menu
Select the desired account to update
Fill in all fields
Select Submit once done
Note: Please allow 1-2 business days for the request to be processed.
Log in to the My TELUS app
Select the 3-lines menu icon
Select My Profile
Select the pencil icon within Billing Address
Enter your new billing address. The system will begin suggesting addresses, as it is linked to Canada Post services
Notes: It may take some time for the billing address changes to appear. This feature is unavailable for accounts with over 150 users.
