Manage your bill notifications

Choose whether you want to receive email or text message notifications when your bill is ready.

  1. Log in to your
    My TELUS
    profile.

  2. Select
    Billing
    from the overview.

    • Select desired account, if applicable

  3. Select
    Manage bill notifications
    Manage bill notifications / EN Chevron Image

  4. From the
    Manage bill notifications
    section, select one of the following:

    • Text message notification

      • Email notification

      • Select
        Save
        .

      Notifications are now set up on your account.
