Current Step: 1 - From the Settings app, scroll to System.
  1. 1 - From the Settings app, scroll to System.
  2. 2 - Tap System.
  3. 3 - Tap Date & time.
  4. 4 - Tap or slide the Set time automatically switch to OFF.
  5. 5 - Tap Date.
    • Note: Set your device's date something other than the current date.
  6. 6 - Tap Time.
    • Note: Set your device's time something other than the current time.
  7. 7 - Tap or slide the Set time zone automatically switch to OFF.
  8. 8 - Swipe up from the bottom of your screen to return to the Home screen.
  9. 9 - From the Home screen, drag down the Notification panel.
  10. 10 - Drag down the Quick settings panel.
  11. 11 - Tap the Settings icon.
  12. 12 - Tap System.
  13. 13 - Tap Date & time.
  14. 14 - Tap Date.
    • Note: Set your device's date to the correct current date.
  15. 15 - Tap Time.
    • Note: Set your device's time to the correct current time.
  16. 16 - Tap or slide the Set time automatically switch to ON.
  17. 17 - Tap or slide the Set time zone automatically switch to ON.
  18. 18 - You've completed the steps!
