Current Step: 1 - From the Home screen, tap Settings.
If your phone is stuck on "activating" or if you are experiencing any other issues contact Telus's customer support directly.
  1. 1 - From the Home screen, tap Settings.
  2. 2 - Tap Cellular.
  3. 3 - Tap Add eSIM.
  4. 4 - Tap a desired number to transfer.
    • Note: Both iPhones need to be signed into the same iCloud account and connected to a Wi-Fi or Cellular network connection.
  5. 5 - Tap Continue.
  6. 6 - Tap Transfer Number.
  7. 7 - Tap Transfer SIM.
    • Note: Wait for the cellular plan to activate on your new iPhone. Your previous SIM is deactivated when the cellular plan on your new iPhone activates.
  8. 8 - Tap Done.
  9. 9 - You've completed the steps!
