View/download usage records in My TELUS
With My TELUS, you can compare airtime and messaging usage between cycles, filter by length of call, by the type of call/message or even by cycle.
Log in to your
My TELUS
profile
Select the
Usage
tab in the menu bar
Select the desired account, then the subscriber (if applicable)
Scroll to the
Messaging and Airtime
section
then:
Select the link under
Messaging
Select the link under
Airtime
Select any desired filter from the drop-down menu to view details

Launch the My TELUS App on your device
