Changing your billing address in My TELUS — For TELUS Business customers
Learn how to change your TELUS Mobility or TELUS Business billing address using My TELUS.
On My TELUS web:
Log in to your
My TELUS account

Select
My profile
.
Under
Your accounts
, select
Change billing address
.
Enter your new address in the field as seen below:
Note
: As you type, the system will pull up address suggestions from Canada Post. Select the correct one or click on
Add it manually
if your address cannot be found.
Select
Submit

On My TELUS mobile app:
Log in to your My TELUS mobile app.
Go to
My profile
.
Select
Change billing address
.
Select the account you’d like to update with a new billing address.
Select a verification method.
Enter the one-time passcode delivered to your selected verification method.
Enter your new billing address details.
Confirm your new billing address from the list of suggested addresses.
