You may be able to troubleshoot your Secure Business doorbell camera using our LED status reference guides and troubleshooting tips.

Round Doorbell Camera: LED status reference guide

LED pattern

Doorbell state

Description

Solid green
A solid green line LED pattern to indicate that the Round Doorbell Camera is ready and working normally.

Ready and working normally

Use the Alarm.com app or website to choose a custom colour in place of default green.

Solid white
A solid white line LED pattern to indicate the Round Doorbell Camera is in call mode.

In call mode

A call has been initiated or is occurring.

Solid yellow
A solid yellow line LED pattern to indicate the Round Doorbell Camera is starting up.

Starting up

Please wait while the doorbell is booting up.

Alternating red & blue
An alternating red blue LED pattern to indicate the Round Doorbell Camera's battery is charging.

Battery is charging

Battery may charge for up to 30 minutes after installation.

Alternating blue & green
An alternating blue green LED pattern to indicate the Round Doorbell Camera is connected to Wi-Fi and is waiting for a server connection.

Connected to Wi-Fi, waiting for server connection

Alternating blue & yellow
An alternating blue yellow LED pattern to indicate a firmware update is in progress for the Round Doorbell Camera.

Rapid orange double flash
An orange double flashing LED pattern to indicate the Round Doorbell Camera has no Wi-Fi connection.

No Wi-Fi connection

Check the Internet connection. The Wi-Fi credentials may have changed. Enter Wi-Fi access point mode and re-add the doorbell camera using the app.

Rapid red double flash
A red double flashing LED pattern to indicate the Round Doorbell Camera has a power supply issue.

Power supply issue

Contact the installer. The doorbell transformer may need to be replaced.

Troubleshoot your Round Doorbell Camera

Press and hold the doorbell button for the time specified to perform a troubleshooting step.

Note
: If the LED on the doorbell is not showing any color, there may be a power issue or it may have been turned off in the video settings on the customer website.
