Pay your bill
View, download and/or print bills from up to 18 months ago
Turn on paperless billing
Some account types will require you to log into your My TELUS profile and switch to paperless billing manually.
If that is the case, here are steps you can follow:
Log in to
Select desired account number if applicable
Manage bill notifications
Use the toggle to disable/enable paper billing
This toggle will only be visible if applicable to your account type.
Indicate how you’d like to receive notifications when your bills are ready
By email and/or text for mobility services
All notifications are sent by email for Home Services
