Modifying your channel settings for TELUS Business customers

How to alter last-viewed channel options on your Business Optik TV

To change your Previous channel setting, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Select
    Menu

  2. Select
    Settings

  3. Select
    Television

  4. Select
    Previous channel options

  5. Choose
    View a list of your five recently viewed channels
    or

  6. Choose
    Navigate directly to the last viewed channel

  7. Select
    Save

: For customers using older Optik TV set top boxes we recommend choosing
