You must successfully set up pre-authorized payments on your account.
Each eligible subscriber on your account will receive a monthly discount of up to $10. This discount will take effect on the billing cycle in which you meet all of the above requirements. That means if you meet all the requirements in your current billing cycle, you’d see your first discount on your next bill.
How much is the pre-authorized discount amount?
Internet customers:
The discount amount is $5 when pre-authorized bank payments or pre-authorized credit payments are active on your account.
Mobility customers:
Prior to April 8, 2025
: With the discount, business customers get $5 off each month for each subscriber on an eligible in-market rate plan when pre-authorized bank payments or pre-authorized credit payments are active on the account. This applies to all customers who activated their plan prior to April 8, 2025. If existing customers change their rate plan, they will be switched to the current in-market discount amount.
Effective April 8, 2025
: With the discount, business customers get $10 off each month for each subscriber on an eligible in-market rate plan when pre-authorized bank payments are active on the account. This applies to all new customers or existing customers who changed their rate plan after April 8.
